This project was extensive. Rot had destroyed the better part of the deck in the front and badly discolored the rear deck. The customer also requested stairs to replace the walkways, which had become dangerously rotted. Several of the vertical posts in the breezeway were pulled and replaced due to rot. The gate installed on the front patio has dual locks as well as spring hinges. This is to ensure that the gate is never accidentally left open. The customer wanted the gate for their grandchildrens' safety. Decorative concrete walkways will also be installed, and dirt added to the yard to level it once the weather allows.
